Christine Jérôme is full professor at the University of Liege in macromolecular chemistry. She was recipient of the Alexander von Humboldt scholarship at the University of Ulm in Germany (2001) and was Research Associate by the National Foundation of the Scientific Research in the group of Professor R. Jérôme for 5 years (from 2002). Today, she is director of the Center for Education and Research on Macromolecules (CERM) dedicated to the development and comprehension of innovative macromolecular synthesis methods by controlled radical and ring-opening polymerizations, and to the design of advanced functional materials and coatings for applications in energy and medicine.
